"The Happening"

1st of May 2010 has become a truly amazing and remarkable day in Wat Sungai Siput when the event of "Praying to master" aka "honour the teacher" was successfully completed. Hours length of video and hundred of picture has been captured during this event. It has been the most crowded event ever, some came alone, some with friends, family and colleagues, everyone was emotional high. Here we all gathered together for one and only one reason that's to be blessed by our master Archan Tia and this day is also the day we all come back to visit Archan Tia. It doesnt matter who you are and where you came from here under the root of Wat Sungai Siput we are ONE FAMILY that membered by different races!

There has been a lot of possession activity during the chanting event, all those spirits seems like cant wait for their turn to show respect to Archan Tia, that was absolutely amazing and stunning. The following spirits / gods were possessed during the Wai Kru:

• Hanuman the 9th
• Hanuman the 5th
• Hanuman the 3th
• Nam Kwak
• Gekco
• Lersi
• Guan Ying

I thought the guy in red shirt was possessed by Guan Di but it wasn't, it was Hanuman the 3th. And you will see from the video the women in white cloth was possessed by Guan Ying. There were possessions happened outside of the building too but i didnt get a chance to capture it, there are just too many possessions this time.

Another interesting event was "Crossing Fire", make sure you check out the photo and footage too see how they try to cross from one side to the other end on the burning red woods in smoke. Some has been done pretty well but some seems to be a little bit cocky, so i guess being sincere is what important.
